DİYAPLUS C50 concentarate is prepared for closed system hot circulation cleaning of B.Braun hemodialysis device. Besides its disinfection feature, it also provides perfect removing of blood residues and calcium carbonate precipitates that can occur in hemodialysis device

FEATURES

  • It allows the cleaning and disinfection of the device by applying heat disinfection programs in B.Braun hemodialysis devices with volumetric mixing system. Dyaplus C50 solution has bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal effect.
  • Because of its ecidic feature, it removes precipitates of calcium and magnesium carbonate which can occur in the devices at 370 C and above 600 C it provides heat disinfection of the device .
  • Consists of all-natural ingredients. Environmentally friendly. %100
  • The product is buffered in order to increasse stability and effectiveness and its pH is set to 2,4 - 2,5.
  • Non-toxic and not flammable.
  • It provides disinfection and decalcification at one-stop.

USAGE FIELD

Hemodialysis devices with volumetric mixing system.

INGREDIENTS

Every 100g cocentrated dicinfectant contains 50 g of citric acid anhydrate dissolved in water (R.O)

MICROBIOLOGICAL EFFECT

In closed system circulating heat disinfection program of hemodialysis devices; bactericidal (gram positive , gram negative bacteria ) fungicide (molds and yeasts), virucidal (HBV, HCV, HIV) are effective above 600C.

METHOD OF USE

DIYAPLUS C50 concentrate solution is automotically sucked from the pipette of hemodialysis devices; with volumetrix mixing system. In hemodialysis devices 600C., it is used with disinfection programs with citric acid. Refer to the device's user mauel for the devices with integrated cleaning and disinfection program.

WARNINGS

  • Do not use in hand, face of food cleaning.Do not drink.
  • When using with the hemodialysis devices; concentrated disinfectant must be diluted in proportion that is specified in the operating instructions.
  • Follow the instructions for cleanin and disinfection of hemodialysis device.
    It is irritant and abrasive.
  • When using concentrated disinfectant or a diluted solution, avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of a splash to the eye, rince your eyes immediately with plenty of water.
  • Keep it out reach of children and in original packaging.
  • Discard the remaining concentrates after diluting it with water.
  • Disinfectant should be used by trained personnel.
  • Avoid contact with surfaces that react wiith acid such as aluminum, marble, Plexiglas etc.
  • Consult your physician if you notice unexpected effects with the product.
  • The product is manufactured in accordance with Medical Device Directive 93/42 /EEC and ISO 13485:2007 standard.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Usage time is 2 years from date of manufacture. Should be stored at 15-250C in original package and away from sun light.
