Usage Advantages

• REN-CART Cartridge consists of dry powder sodium bicarbonate conforming to Ph Eur. ve USP criterion, and it prepares online liquid basic bicarbonate concentrate in dialysis devices for bicarbonate hemodialysis.

Cartridge is connected to the dialysis device by the help of special handles, and water passes through the cartrigge thereby preparing the continuous satureted basic sodium bicarbonate cocentrated sokution, This concentrated solution is proportiomally mixed with sutable quality water and acidic concentrate in hemodialysis machine, and ready to use bicarbonate hemodialysis solution is prepared.

REN-CART must always be used with a proper acid cocentrate via dilution.

Conditions for Acid Concentrate: formula of acid cocentrate to ebe used together with REN-CART must be proper to the common use with basic bicarbonate cocentrate having only pure sodium bicarbonate inside, and it could be used by being diluted to the rations of 1:35(1+34) and 1:45(1+44).

Conditions for Water:

Water used in the dilıtion of cocentrated hemodialysis solutions must be compatible with European Pharmacopy and with the local regulation criterion determined for hemodialysis.

REN-CART, is used in the hemodialysis devices proper to powder bicarbonate cartrigge usage such as Althin System 1000, Braun Secura&Dialog, Hospal Monitral& İntegral, Gambro(AK 100, AK 90, AK 95 ).

REN-CART has filters preventing the powder sodium bicarbonate passage into dialysis device as in solid state before the dissolution and during the formation of solution.

REN CART, is produced in the REN-MED facilities in ehich quality assurance system is established according to the ISO 13485 standards, and it has CE certificate according to the requirements of 93/42 EEC Medical Device directive.
